I was born and raised in the Atlanta area and grew up in East Cobb.  After graduating from Holy Innocents’ Episcopal School, I attended Auburn University, where I graduated Magna Cum Laude in 2006 with a B.S. degree in Finance.

Prior to my senior year at Auburn, I had the opportunity to work as a summer intern with Benedict Financial.  It was this experience that instilled my passion for financial planning.  My grandfather was an avid investor and was eager to hear about all I was learning.  We spent many evenings that summer discussing investment approaches and planning strategies, which inspired my interest even more.  He was thrilled when I decided this was the industry I wanted to pursue for my career.

Following graduation, I accepted a position with Benedict Financial.  I completed my post graduate studies at the University of Georgia for my CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER™ designation.

I am proud to work for a company that truly puts the clients’ interest first and foremost.  Every client is an individual with their own unique situation, and I enjoy being able to work with each client personally and focus on their specific needs and wants.  I believe proper planning makes all the difference in the world.  One quality I feel sets Benedict Financial apart from others is our team approach.  I feel fortunate to be a part of a team that supports one another in working to achieve our clients’ goals and influence their lives in a positive way.

Personally, I have a daughter named Mia and live in East Cobb.  We keep ourselves very busy between school, work, sports and hobbies.  During my free time I enjoy playing tennis, exercising, being outdoors, attending church, traveling and spending quality time with my family and friends.
